Terms of Service

These terms cover using NiuNiu, your account responsibilities, credits and payments, generated Android apps, acceptable use, availability, and enforcement.

Generated apps

NiuNiu uses automated systems and AI providers to plan, generate, test, and package apps. Generated apps may contain bugs, omissions, or differences from the requested behavior, especially for complex native features, device-specific behavior, third-party integrations, or operating system limits. Review and test generated apps before relying on them or using them with sensitive data.

Credits

NiuNiu uses credits for builder work, AI features, compute, packaging, and related platform usage. Credits are consumed for work performed and do not guarantee a defect-free app, exact implementation of every request, app-store readiness, or acceptance of every requested feature.

When an issue is caused by a platform defect or clear generation failure, NiuNiu may provide support, no-charge repair, or credit adjustment at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

Fair use of accounts and starter credits

Starter credits, free credits, trial access, and promotional offers are intended for fair personal evaluation of NiuNiu. Do not create, control, or coordinate multiple accounts to repeatedly claim starter credits, avoid payment, bypass workspace limits, evade enforcement, or otherwise misuse the service.

We may withhold, revoke, or adjust credits; pause builds or workspace access; require payment verification; consolidate related accounts; remove reserved workspaces; or suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe the service, credits, or workspaces are being misused.

Referral credits

Referral credits are promotional, have no cash value, and are issued only for qualifying new-user purchases under the displayed program rules. NiuNiu may deny or reverse rewards for refunds, disputes, self-referrals, related accounts, payment reuse, manipulation, or other abuse, and may change or end the referral program.
